The Apex Leader however, has further continued to stabilize his influence in Ajeromi with a recent strategic move , offering conciliatory gestures inform of carrots to some aggrieved members who had earlier abandoned the Justice Forum for the Mandate Group.
In what appears to be a calculated realignment to reclaim political control in the home constituency, the Apex Leader has recently readmitted several key figures, including former Executive Secretary Engr. Tajudeen Ojora and former Ward C Councillor Hon. Odunsi, both of whom had previously defected to the Mandate Group.
Engr. Ojora, sources reaffirm, left the Justice Forum after failing to convert his interim administrative role as Executive Secretary into a substantive chairmanship position during that last election cycle. Similarly, Hon. Odunsi, who served two terms as councillor but was unable to secure another position, also crossed over to the Mandate faction.
According to information gathered by Lagos Focus News, the Apex Leader is currently quietly re-strategizing replacements that could neutralize opposing influences including restructuring Ward existing executives who have served two terms and creating new positions to reward loyalists.
Meanwhile, in Ifelodun LCDA, Hon. Fatai Orombo Ajidagba is reportedly considering a defection from the Mandate Group to the Justice Forum , a move many observers interpret as a proactive step to avoid being shunted by Mandate leadership directives that could hinder his 2027 political ambition against Hon Lukman Saad Olumoh.
