The Proprietress of Bright Benny School Mrs. Grace Chituru Ndukwe, has expressed joy on the success stories of the past graduands of the school who have excelled in both character and academics wherever they find themselves and this, she attributes to God.
” We worked hard to get here, but not by ourselves, We owe a debt of gratitude to Almighty God”
She said this at the occasion of the 14th graduation and prize giving ceremony of the school which took place on Saturday, August 2, 2025,
According to Mrs Ndukwe, “It has been a long 14 years, but here we are; ready to graduate another set of pupils of Bright Benny school.
“As we prepare for the next academic session , we remain committed to academic excellence, moral upbringing , creative teaching approach (STEM EDUCATION), safe inclusive and inspiring environment”.
The out going head girl Ugwuoke Geraldine, recounted that it has been a journey of hard work , through learning , improvement, growth and wonderful memories, adding that the school will always be part of her.
Mrs Loveina Ugwuoke Gerald, mother of the outgoing headgirl expressed her joy in seeing her son emerging overall best pupil in Primary two. She recalled that before joining Bright Benny from another school, her boy could not cope neither could he read. She however prayed that God will continue to enrich Bright Benny Schools, bless them with more good teachers and above all, the hand of God will continue to be their strength as their motto implies.
For Obi Jacinta, a parent with three children in the school, she said, Bright Benny School is the best in Amukoko area, the very reason she has three of her children in the school.
She expressed satisfaction on the impact of the school on the children and how they show care for them. Mrs Obi, praised the teachers for being well behaved and also commended the school’s conducive learning environment.
She further advised the parents to always do everything within their reach to support their children’s education because they are the leaders of tomorrow.
The event which was held at the ATLAS compound, along Badagry Expressway, was chaired by Engr. Uche Dick, who used the occasion to admonish the pupils to remain fearless and focused.
The highpoints of the occasion includes parents dance, cultural dance, quiz competition, choreography and prize giving and certificate giving.
The Proprietress specifically acknowledged and appreciated key supporters of the school: Mr. Darlington Iheaka, for sponsoring the scholarship scheme for the session, Mr. Santhosh Abraham, MD/CEO, ATLAS Company, for consistently providing the school with his facility, including the venue for this year’s grand event and Mrs Obi Jacinta.
