The State Government commenced the implementation of the Ounje Eko Farmers'(Eko Farmers Food Subsidy) Subsidy Programme.
This is designed to deliver a 25% Subsidy on the cost of feeds (poultry and fish feed), and mechanization services in addition to the provision of bags of fertilizers to farmers.
The effort is part of Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu’s efforts aimed at reviving the livestock and aquaculture value chains towards boosting domestic food sufficiency in the State.
