Jandor divides Ajeromi PDP into three

It was a difficult political decision for members of LAGOS For LAGOS group Ajeromi Ifelodun chapter, to follow Dr. Olajide Adediran aka Jandor, or to remain in the People’s Democratic Party.
Earlier, the PDP’s top echelon decisively declared their stand never to follow Jandor back to APC, where he came from as many asserted Jandor met them in the PDP. They never hesitated to ask anyone going to APC with Olajide to immediately exit all PDP platforms. They also called the Jandor excos to a meeting to declare their stands.
However Thursday, March 20, the Lagos For LAGOS group summoned their members to a meeting aimed at taking a roll call to know who is still with them and attendance showed a shadow of the former group.
However three things were revealed at the meeting and the first being that, The People’s Democratic Party has been shared into three as a very minute number went with the former Gubernatorial candidate Jandor, another minute fraction went to Labour Party.
It was however appealing to see how much Jandor is loved by the group as many despite announcing not going with him to APC began to recant the group anthem.
However most pathetic was when the Lagos For LAGOS State officer from Ajeromi ,Ovie Najomoh declared his resolve to follow Dr Olajide whom he described as a leader worth following.
“I’ve made up my mind to follow Jandor wherever he goes, it is not about political party but about following a leader who is reliable”
Najomoh recalled an incident that happened when they were rounded up at their meeting venue by armed youths in the Ajegunle area but he quickly called Jandor who without haste reached the Tolu police division, who responded by sending a Police rescue team, which of the leaders in the Ajeromi PDP can do this.
The LAGOS For LAGOS Ajeromi Ifelodun chapter Chairman, Richard Enwelem sounded stronger when he described it as a very hard political decision for him to take as he slept over the matter several nights and came to conclusions that it does him no good following Jandor to a party that is destroying his state, making his people restless and removed the Governor Siminalayi Fubara from office.
He however regrets Jandor going to no other party but APC.

The 2023 Lagos State Governorship Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party had on March 17 at his Ikeja office declared in a Press Conference that he has returned to the APC Party.
