Popular dentist and content creator, Dr. Farouk Adeniyi, has stirred reactions online after questioning the reported marriage of controversial social media personality and financial commentator, Geh Geh, accusing him of contradicting the relationship advice that made him famous.
Reacting in a video that has since generated buzz across social media platforms, Dr. Farouk said he was surprised by reports that Geh Geh had tied the knot, arguing that the influencer had spent years advising men against spending money on women or prioritizing romantic relationships.
According to him, many men allegedly took Geh Geh’s advice to heart, leading to the collapse of valuable relationships and even marriages.
“The same Geh Geh who says men should not spend on women and keeps advising them to be on their own. Because of him, so many men have lost valuable relationships, all because Geh Geh said they should not give women money,” he said.
Dr. Farouk further alleged that Geh Geh’s reported marriage paints a different picture from the message he has consistently preached to his followers.
“Now, he has finally tied the knot with the woman he has been spending millions on,” he claimed.
Using the moment to offer his own perspective on relationships, Dr. Farouk advised women not to settle for men who are unwilling to support them financially, regardless of the amount involved.
“See, women, if a man doesn’t spend on you, no matter how small it is, fling him away. He’s not the right one for you. Take it from me,” he added.
The remarks have sparked lively conversations online, with social media users divided over whether Geh Geh’s personal life contradicts his long-held views on relationships and financial responsibility. Meanwhile, others argue that spending on a spouse is different from the broader dating advice often debated on social media.
